Impact Assessment

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is the process of examining a range of potential impacts on receiving environments prior to proposed development. 

 

It is prepared at design stage as an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and provides the basis for the adjudication of proposed development by planning authorities and other relevant bodies. The company has developed a dedicated team of specifically qualified and experienced personnel to carry out EIAR for a very wide range of developments. 

We produce balanced, and focused, cultural heritage reports for the purposes of EIAR and planning adjudication. We have a proven record in the presentation of results and have achieved this in the context of identifying and managing risk for its many clients.  

The preparation of EIAR submissions form an important part of the company’s output.
